Omni Equipment Appraisals is a subsidiary of Omni Wholesale Equipment, Inc. located in Boerne, Texas specializing in certified heavy equipment appraisals for the finance and leasing industry. Omni Equipment Appraisals specializes in the appraisals of forklifts, lift trucks, reach forklifts and rough terrain forklifts. In addition we have experience and expertise in aerial equipment, backhoes, skid steer loaders and all light construction equipment.
Texas Equipment Appraisal Experience
Mr. Paul D. Spalla, G.P.P.A is the chief appraiser. With over twenty seven years experience in the lift truck and construction equipment industry, Mr. Spalla has a very accurate and realistic feel for the true and current market values of equipment. In addition, Mr. Spalla has completed training by the National Auctioneers Association and is a Graduate Personal Property Appraiser. With this training and designation, we hold to the strict Code of Ethics as prescribed by the NAA. All appraisals are prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
